A simple logic puzzle

A person wants to reach the capital city from his town, there is Y junction in the journey where only one of the path leads to the Capital while the other does not.
The Y junction is in a village where there will be people who either only be either true tellers or lie tellers and they will answer to the question asked in 'Yes/No' way.
Consider a person Mr.Z standing at the Y junction if you want to reach the capital city then what question you ll frame to reach the Capital from Y junction.
Note: We donot know whether Mr.Z is a true teller/lie teller.
